There are many characters but they’re easy enough to. This story involves the alternating point of views of anne andrews, former tv presenter and now correspondent, a it's a terrible thing to admit, even to myself, but as i look at cat jones with her perfect hair and perfect children, standing there chatting and laughing with my team, i wish she was dead. I know alice feeney has become quite popular recently for her thrillers, but even with the best of intentions and planning to read her previous work, this was my first book of hers.

“hers” is anna andrews, a wannabe anchor on a bbc news program whose lucky break comes when the body of one of her school friends is found brutally murdered in their hometown, a woodsy little spot called blackdown. The twists and turns were absolutely crazy good and i thought it was fabulous! Hang on to your hats ya’ll, because this ride is a doozy!!

This book was amazingly well written. If you like crime thrillers and surprise endings, this book is. “his” is dci jack harper, head of the major crime team in blackdown, where major crimes were rather few until now.
